Cumberland, Low Hall, Colliery, Kempson’s Halfpenny, 1797, horse working a whin-gin, miner guiding basket, rev. legend in three lines, edge plain, 10.28g/12h (DH 1; D & W 291/107). Spot at top of apparatus on obverse, otherwise extremely fine with much original colour (£80-100)
