Daniel Patten is confirmed on the roll for Sebastopol as an Ordinary Seaman aboard H.M.S. London. His name also appears on the list of Indian Mutiny Veterans who attended the Royal Albert Hall dinner in December 1907, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Mutiny.
