Robert Thomas Bentley Stewart served in the Matabele campaign of 1896 with the Rhodesia Horse. Later serving with the 45th Company 13th Battalion Imperial Yeomanry he was taken prisoner at Lindley, 31 May 1900 but later released. He was discharged on 30 May 1901. With some copied service notes.
