Henry Randall was born in Portsmouth on 29 August 1853. Entering the Royal Navy in January 1877, he attained the rank of Chief Engine Room Artificer in April 1887. Awarded the L.S. & G.C. in 1887. Pensioned in 1897 but retained until April 1900. With copied service paper.
