Thomas Peter Wims was born in Deseronto, Ontario, on 31 July 1894. A Stenographer by occupation, he enlisted into the 79th Battery, C.F.A., at Montreal in April 1917 and went out to France that November with the 4th Canadian Divisional Trench Mortar Battery. Wims died of broncho-pneumonia at the 3rd Scottish General Hospital, Stobhill, Glasgow, on 26 November 1918, and was buried in the Glasgow Western Necropolis; sold with copied service papers.
