Benjamin B. Pidcock came from Leek. Serving in the 17th Battalion Royal Fusiliers, he entered into France on 17 November 1915. Awarded the M.M. for bravery in the field. Later transferred to the 29th Battalion London Regiment. With copied m.i.c. and gazette extract.
