Tobago, Issues of 1798, Moco or One-and-a-Half Bitts (value One Shillling and Three-Halfpence), a circular segment from a Spanish-American 8 Réales, with 15 crenations, one side stamped with a script t radiate (Prid. 2; KM. 9; cf. Roehrs 559). Remains of usual die crack near edge from 7 to 9 o’clock, about very fine and toned, very rare £700-900

Slabbed in NGC holder, graded VF 35. The die crack identifies the 15 crenation type as following the 14 crenation type, as the same script t radiate die was used for both types
