Oxford mint, Halfcrown, 1642, mm. Oxford plume on obv. only, Shrewsbury horseman, no plume behind, high groundline below (a Shrewsbury die), rev. Declaration, three Oxford plumes above, date below, 14.72g/9h (Bull 590/2; Morr. B-2; cf. SCBI Brooker 877-9; N 2409; S 2950). A little short of flan, otherwise good fine or better, rare £500-700
