Frederick Arthur Hart was born in Reading, Berkshire, and attested for the Northumberland Fusiliers at Canterbury, Kent. Transferring to the Border Regiment, he served first with the 2nd Battalion, and then with the 7th Battalion during the Great War. He was killed in action on the Western Front on 3 November 1916, and is buried in the A.I.F. Burial Ground, Fleurs, France.

John Pritchard was born at Rhyl, Flintshire, and and attested for the Royal Welsh Fusiliers at Conway, Carnarvonshire. He served with “D” Company, 1st Battalion during the Great War, was killed in action on the Western Front on 29 December 1914, and is buried in Ration Farm Military Cemetery, France.
