Charles I (1625-1649), Shrewsbury mint, Halfcrown, 1642, mm. two pellets on obv. only, Shrewsbury horseman, ground line below, Shrewsbury plume in field, rev. three plumes above Declaration, date below, four pellets at start of legend, 15.04g/6h (Bull 586/5, this coin; Morr. D-5; cf. SCBI Brooker 822-3; N 2377; S 2933). Struck on a large full flan, better than very fine and toned, very rare £2,000-3,000
