Charles I (1625-1649), Worcester mint, Halfcrown, mm. leopard’s head (?) [partly obliterated], clumsy horseman left, no ground line below, crowned oval garnished shield, stars in legend, 14.40g/8h (Bull 671/29A; Allen E-–; Brooker 1155; N 2596; S 3105). Very fine for issue, but surfaces porous £2,000-£2,600
