Charles I (1625-1649), Tower mint, Halfcrown, Gp III, type 3a2, mm. star (over triangle on obv.), sash flies from shoulder, no ground line, King and horse from Aberystwyth punches, 14.10g/6h (Bull 478/32; cf. SCBI Brooker 348; N –; S 2777). Very fine and toned, rare £300-£400
