Obverse: head of youthful Herakles right, wearing lion’s scalp headdress, paws tied below chin
Reverse:
αλεχανδροy: Zeus seated left on ornate stool, holding eagle and plain sceptre; head of Amun-Ra in field, monogram [αδ] below throne

Metal: silver; Attic weight standard; 17.23g/12h

Condition: Good extremely fine, struck in remarkably high relief and with rich toning over exceptional surfaces; very rare and very beautiful £6,000-£8,000
