Obverse: head of youthful Herakles right, wearing lion’s scalp headdress, paws tied below chin
Reverse:
αλεχανδρου: Zeus seated left on ornate stool, holding eagle and plain sceptre; rose in field, δι-ο around stool legs

Metal: silver; Attic weight standard; 17.23g/11h

Condition: Extremely fine, struck in high-relief and with a sculpturesque portrait; lustrous grey patina with diffused iridescence £3,000-£3,600
