The Wetterhorn (3,692m) is a peak in the Swiss Alps, towering above the village of Grindelwald. It is one of three summits on the mountain named the Wetterhörner, and this peak, the second highest of the three, was first reached on 31 August 1844 by the Grindelwald guides Hans Jaun and Melchior Bannholzer.
