Obverse: Nymph driving galloping quadriga right, wreath-bearing Nike flying left to crown driver; crab in exergue
Reverse: α[κρα]γαντνων (retrograde): pair of sea eagles standing right, holding down hare, one calling upwards
Metal: silver; Attic weight standard; 17.23g/2h

Condition: Struck from dies of magnificent style on a slightly elliptical flan, almost extremely fine with beautiful cabinet toning £40,000-£50,000
