Charles I (1625-1649), Worcester mint, Halfcrown, 1644/3, mm. two lions on obv. only, large horseman left, small w below rev. Declaration in two lines [from an altered Bristol die of 1643], three crude Bristol plumes above, date below, four pellets before legend, 14.13g/11h (Bull 666/1; Allen A-1; SCBI Brooker 1139; N 2598; S 3093). A little double-struck on reverse, otherwise fine, very rare £1,500-£2,000
