Flying Officer Ralph Denys Singleton trained in Canada as Air Observer/Navigator 12 October 1941 to 10th April 1942. He flew variously with No. 142, 150 and 166 Squadrons and his log book entries include: ‘Dusseldorf, Lorient, Hamburg, St. Nazair-shot up at coast W/Op killed, crashed at Exeter.’
