Leighton, crowned bust left, rev. enthroned figure of Empire surrounded by standing figures representing Science, Letters, Art, etc, Mercury and Time below, edge named (Presented to Charles Tempest Clarkson, Chief Constable of Wakefield, 1887), 77mm, 212.55g (W & E 2000A.2; BHM 3219; E 1733b). Polished, small mark in obverse field, otherwise extremely fine; in case of issue £400-£500
