The Uniform Coinage of India, British Imperial Period, Victoria, silver Quarter-Rupee, 1886b, type C/II, Bombay, crowned and robed bust left, victoria empress, flower at left of lowest jabot, no v on bodice at centre, rev. 1/4 rupee above india and date, all within scroll-like wreath of Indian flora, raised b at base of top flower, tip of wreath to right of top flower spiky, edge grained, 2.89g/12h (Prid. 419 [Sale, lot 150, this coin]; SW 6.285; KM. 490; cf. Fore III, 2265). Some spotting, otherwise extremely fine and toned, the bust well-defined, rare £100-£150
