Lance Corporal Joseph Arthur Hearn was born, lived and enlisted at Salisbury, Wiltshire. He died on 28 October 1918 whilst serving in Italy with the 1st Garrison Battalion, Royal Munster Fusiliers. This battalion suffered just 12 casualties during the Great War, one of whom is listed as dying on the same day as Hearn. Sold with copy of m.i.c.
