3rd Cheshire Rifle Volunteers, a very scarce other ranks white metal shako/glengarry badge c1860-1878 being a coiled bugle horn with ‘3’ lodged in the centre, on the top the Prince of Wales’s crest only, two loop fasteners; Cheshire Rifle Volunteers, a large silver plated officer’s pouch belt plate being the Prince of Wales’s crest and motto over an oval inscribed with unit title, centrally the Arms of the County and at the base a tri-part scroll ‘JURE ET DIGNATATE CLADII’, two bolt fasteners; a plated mount from a Royal Engineers waist belt clasp, the latter item worn otherwise good overall condition (3) £120-150
