Iy.) surname ‘Hennah’ on this; India General Service 1854-95, 1 clasp, Umbeyla (H.Ms. 71st Regt.); Turkish Crimea, Sardinian issue, regimentally named, fitted with fixed Crimean suspension, contact wear and edge bruising, therefore good fine (4) £400-450

Luke Hannah was born at Barony, Glasgow, and enlisted for the 71st Highlanders at Glasgow on 21 May 1853, aged 17 years 8 months. He served overseas, in the Crimea for 1 year 6 months, and in the East Indies for 7 years 4 months, and was discharged at Fort George on 13 November 1874. Sold with copy service papers which confirm all medals.
