I.D.S.M. G.G.O. 1386 of 1916 (Mesopotamia). Also awarded Serbian Gold Medal G.G.O. 534 of 1917, and was killed in action on 5 November 1917. He is commemorated by name on the Basra Memorial, Iraq.
