Frank Bannatyne Gadsdon was admitted to the H.A.C. on 25 November 1914 and was posted overseas with the 1st Battalion H.A.C. on 26 April 1915. He was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the 9th Battalion Cheshire Regiment on 30 January 1916. He was killed in action on 7 June 1917, aged 22 years. He was buried in Croonaeart Chapel Cemetery, Heuvelland, West-Vlaaderen, Belgium. He was the son of Charles Bertie and Mabel Gladsdon of “Wymans”, Hutton, Brentwood, Essex.

George Harrison Gadsdon was admitted to the H.A.C. in 1914 and like his elder brother (?) served with the 1st Battalion in France. He was later commissioned into the Cheshire Regiment. Sold with copied research.
