Attributed to 2nd Lieutenant James Scobie, 4th attached 9th Battalion Gordon Highlanders, died of wounds on 3 August 1917, aged 36 years. He was buried in Brandhoek New Military Cemetery, Ieper, Belgium. Note: Other officers with this surname and initial.
