George Edward Minton was born in Sandiacre, Nottinghamshire and enlisted at Nottingham. Serving with the 9th Battalion King’s Royal Rifle Corps, he died of wounds on 4 May 1917. He was buried in the London Cemetery, Neuville-Vitasse, Pas de Calais, France. Sold with medal forwarding slips; Plaque in card envelope; also with copied research.
