Charles II (1660-1685), Milled coinage, Machine made issue, Halfgroat, mm. crown, bust with single-arched crown, legend around (ESC 2167; S 3317), Penny, mm. crown on rev. only, single-arched crown, bust to edge (ESC 2272; S 3320); Undated Milled issue, Fourpence and Penny, both mm. crown on rev. only (ESC 1840, 2273; S 3383, 3389); Fourpence, Threepence and Twopence, all 1679, Penny, 1677 (ESC 1851, 1970, 2181, 2282; S 3384, 3386, 3388, 3390) [8]. First extremely fine, fourth mint state with olive tone, 1679 Fourpence and Threepence about extremely fine and better, others generally about very fine (£200-300)
