Virgin Islands – Tortola, Eighth-Dollar (c. 1805), a cut eighth segment of a Spanish-American 8 Réales, rev. countermarked tirtila, in relief, in a shaped indent, 3.50g (Prid. 10 [SNC September 1974, type II]; Prid. Sale, lot 192; KM. 15). Coin almost flat, countermark very fine, very rare (£300-350)
