Albert Foster Allen hall was born in Sunderland, Co. Durham on 8 June 1894. Served with the Royal Engineers and thence the Merchant Navy. Sold with copied seaman’s index card in which he was rated a 3rd Engineer. Discharged from the Carmania in 1925.
