Lieutenant-Colonel Charles F. Seymour, H.M’s 84th Foot, Assistant Adjutant General, East Indies. Mentioned in despatches by Sir Colin Campbell for services as Officiating Quartermaster-General of Her Majesty’s Forces at the Siege and Capture of Lucknow, London Gazette 25 May 1858. Lieutenant-Colonel Seymour died in 1859.
