(4) + 46pp, wanting the final leaf of advertisements, interleaved with extensive annotations in ink in two hands. Signature of J. Alfred Wigan on the front endpapers. With extensive annotations on the interleaves which are very much earlier and almost certainly contemporary with the book itself. Exceptionally rare; the only copy seen by the cataloguer in commerce (Manville 233). £800-1,000
