An excavated example (two major parts remaining) of this very rare and short lived battalion in rectangular brass with rounded corners and incised design, this being a crowned circular strap ‘Oxfordshire Regiment’ enclosing ‘52’ over ‘2’, retaining single hook and two stud fasteners, sold as an excavated item £150-250
