Percy Gibson was born in St. Pancras, Middlesex in 1864. He gained his Master’s papers in 1891 and was a Lieutenant-Commander in the R.N.R. Joined the Imperial Merchant Services Guild in 1901. With copied Lloyds Register extracts and other research. The Al Valore Militare is not recorded in the London Gazette and is not confirmed.
