Frederick Haller, a native of Armthorpe, Yorkshire, who was born in Suttin, Yorkshire, and enlisted in the Royal Artillery at Doncaster, died of wounds on 20 December 1916, while serving as a Gunner in 136 Siege Battery, R.G.A. Aged 20 years, and the son of Tom and Annie Haller of Byrani cum Sutton, near Knottingley, he was buried in Grove Town Cemetery, Meaulte, France; sold with modern photographs of his grave.
