Robert Bullick was born in Ireland in April 1880 and enlisted in the Canadian Overseas Expeditionary Force in Montreal in June 1915. He had earlier seen service in the Irish Guards; sold with copied attestation paper.

David McDonald was born in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, in December 1892, and enlisted in the Canadian Overseas Expeditionary Force in July 1915. Embarked for England, he died of pneumonia at the 2nd Eastern General Hospital, Brighton, Sussex, on 18 November 1916. He is buried in Glace Bay (Greenwood) Cemetery, Nova Scotia; sold with brief research.

Hugh Herron was born in Belfast, Ireland, in November 1897, and was working as a logger in Washington State, U.S.A., at the time of his enlistment in the Canadian Overseas Expeditionary Force in August 1917. He served in the 72nd Seaforth Highlanders of Canada in France from September 1918; sold with brief research.

John Alexander Anthony was born at Nanaimo, Vancouver Island, in January 1890, and enlisted in the Canadian Overseas Expeditionary Force in Victoria, B.C., in October 1917, after travelling north from Fresno County, California, U.S.A. Joining the 72nd Seaforth Highlanders of Canada out in France in September 1918, he was wounded at the end of the same month; sold with brief research.
