Dimock, Halfpenny, 1666, hand holding axe over leaf, 2.47g/12h, io punched over mr on obv. (Berry & Morley 193; SCBI 346, same dies; BW. 147) [2]. First only mediocre but extremely rare from the obverse die in its unaltered state, only two other specimens known to the cataloguer; second good very fine and attractively patinated (£80-120)
