Thomas Nunan joined the Metropolitan Police in November 1868 and served as an Inspector in Y Division and as Chief Inspector of W Division. He retired in February 1897.
Charles Ward joined the Metropolitan Police in February 1893 and served in C Division at St. James’s until being placed on the Reserve in May 1899. Recalled for the Coronation in 1902, he served in W Division in Clapham before reverting to the Reserve.
