AFGHANISTAN 1878-80, no clasp (B1575 Pte. W. Pike, 66th Foot) small edge knock, otherwise good very fine and a rare Maiwand survivor

The 66th Foot lost 10 officers and 275 O.Rs killed in action at Maiwand. Only 2 officers and 32 O.Rs who were wounded in the disaster actually survived, amongst them Private William Pike who was severely wounded.
