Gaul, Merovingian, Tremissis, crude bust to right, reverse cross on step, line of pellets below, uncertain objects either side, 1.35 gms (cf Grierson pl. 20, 396-400). Head extremely weak, perhaps struck from a very worn die, reverse very fine, very rare (£200-300)
