Arthur Edward Farr was born in Romsey, Hampshire, and enlisted in London on 16 February, 1900, for service with the County of London Sharpshooters, Imperial Yeomanry. He served in South Africa from 6 April to 24 June, 1901, and was discharged at Aldershot on 2 July, 1901. Sold with copy service papers.
