George V (1910-1936), Essex, shield-shaped Special Constabulary Medal, 1919, silver, awarded to S.C.A Remington from Sgt. King, Essex county arms crown above, rev. five-line inscription, 26 x 35mm with suspension loop; together with a superbly engraved county armorial shield for Essex, 1919, silver, by Mappin & Webb, with three neat piercings for suspension, 38 x 42 mm [2].
