Charles Arthur Palmer served in the 12th Battalion, and was wounded in 1917 and invalided home. He was brought to the notice of the Secretary of State for War for valuable services in connection with the War, 23 March 1919. He served in the R.I.A.S.C. during World War II.

Harold Timewell entered the War in the Balkans on 25 April 1915, and was discharged on 24 September 1918.
