Prisoner of Conscience, 1989, a large cast bronze medal by I. Rank-Broadley for the Royal Mint on behalf of BAMS, chained male figure in despair, reverse naked male athlete, 120mm (cf. The Medal 15, p.100). A powerful modern medal, extremely fine (£30-40)

Ian Rank-Broadley (b.1952), the Stroud sculptor and medallist, studied at Epsom School of Art. One of his specialities is studies of the human nude, displayed on both sides of this medal as the complete antithesis
