JACOBITE LEGITIMACY OF SUCCESSION [aka ‘The Highlander Medal’], a silver medal, unsigned [perhaps by Tate], Prince Charles standing in highland dress, QUIS CONTENDAT, etc. on shield, reverse a full blown Jacobite rose, edge plain, 30mm (Woolf 61:1a [Sale, lot 167, only in AE]; M.I. 655/358 [not recorded in silver]; E. 624). Very fine and of the highest rarity in silver (£300-350)
