Hilda Frances Pocock served as a Nursing Sister with the Army Nursing Service at 16 Stationary Hospital, Mafeking. She was appointed Sister in Queen Alexandra’s Imperial Military Nursing Service on 17 February 1903, but resigned her appointment on 7 February 1904.
A ‘Nursing Sister Pocock’ is listed in The Times several times under ‘War Casualties: Condition of Dangerously Ill’ in the period January to February 1902. Sold with copied research.
