Territorial Artillery Officer’s Blue Cloth Helmet and Tin c. 1902-14, a very fine example of standard pattern complete with all gilt metal fittings, the frontal plate features the Royal Arms, a laurel spray top scroll, double wheel cannon and bottom scroll ‘Quo Fas Et Gloria Ducunt’, the plate is original to the helmet, complete with leather sweat band and Hobson’s retail label; the japanned carrying tin with white painted details ‘L.C.L. Moore R.F.A.’, gilt loss to the ball finial and to the chin chain otherwise good overall condition (2) £260-360
