38th (1st Staffordshire) Regiment Officer’s Waist Belt Clasp c. 1855-81, good quality example of standard 1855 pattern, in the centre on a gilt ground St. Edward’s crown over the Knot Simplicita, on the circle ‘1st Staffordshire Regiment’ (Ryan 61), no bench marks but a perfect match, some gilt loss but generally good condition £140-200
