A Polish silver triangular compact, the hinged lid applied with sun ray motif and three collet set amber cabochons, bearing post 1963 hallmark for ‘800’ standard and a post 1963 re-marking circular punch, and stamped ‘OR NO’, together with a square compact, the hinged lid inset with a rectangular amber panel with canted corners, the case engine-turned throughout, stamped ‘835 (?) (indistinct), enclosing mirror (cracked), (amber untested), first length 6.5cm, second 6.8cm square. £200-250
