The Essex Regiment a gilt wood framed verre eglomise style painted mirror featuring the county badge, the crossed colours of the 44th Regiment and battle honours to the Boer War etc, rather crudely executed the author probably of American background as the ‘u’ is omitted from ‘honour’ and ‘colour’, some paint loss to the honour scrolls but otherwise good condition £40-50
